Ghazipur: Police recovered a dead body from Gazipur on Monday morning.
The identity of the deceased, 30, was not confirmed. The head of the body had been smashed by some blunt weapon, what might caused his death.
The body was recovered from Member Bari area under Bhaoalgarh union of Gazipur Sadar upazila on Dhaka-Maymenshing highway around 10am.
Locals found the body and informed the police.
The body was sent to Gazipur Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
Jaydevpur police forces confirmed the news.
